Hari, Do the figures shown for the underemployed include sole traders, self employed etc who are earning too little to pay tax, or very low rates of tax? I believe they come under a different category, but not 100% sure?
ReplyDeleteUnder-employment data from ONS is only for people working for someone else - i.e. part-timers and temps. No data on underemployment among the self-employed.
